We have trained staff that can login to the call recording units directly via remote access and see exactly what any problems you maybe
experiencing are caused by. They can reset the box in this manner, reconfigure software, upgrade firmware and many other features all
at the press of a button without any delay or booking in engineer visits.
In the unlikely event of a box hardware failure, we would simply replace the box with no cost to the customer. No on-site repairs or waiting for parts.
